RULES FOR THE WORKED ALL NORWEGIAN COMMUNES AWARD aka the WANCA diploma
1.
"Worked All Norwegian Communes Award" is issued by the NIHRAC
to all amateurs and SWL'S.
2.
The award is issued for contacts with 25 different norwegian
communes, WANCA MIXED, and thereafter "STICKERS" for each additional
25 commune contacted till all communes contacted. At present about
450 communes and 5 norwegian artic/antartic areas, For WANCA
class ALL, all norwegian communes must be contacted and 3 of 5
norwegian artic/antartic areas. A special award will be issued
to all which can confirm contact with all norwegian communes
and all norwegian artic/antartic areas. Only contacts made on
or after January lst 1975 will count for WANCA.

All bands and modes are allowed. No cross-band or via repeaters.
Minimum report RST 338 RS 33.
4.
Mobile- or portable contacts valid, but QTH must be stated
during QSO, or printed on QSL-card. To ecourage an elevated mobile/portable
contacts from your own or difficult communes the following applies: Any amateur
who from his/her own or other commune contacts at least 25 different amateurs
may regard the commune as 'contacted'. Log information for the contacs acompanies
the application.

QSL-card are not required, log data count.

The award fee is N.kr 30.- or 6 IRC for "Basic" award and N.kr 10.- or 2 IRC for
"Stickers". No fee for handicapped amateurs/SWL's.
7.
"Record Book" listings, all norwegian communes and areas, available from Award Manager
WANCA for N.kr 20.- (4 IRC). The Directory
of Post Offices list all norwegian post offices
and their commune belongings. This is available from the Norwegian
Postal Services. 8.
All fees WANCA/"Record Book" contributed to LA5LG's Fund for
norwegian Blind-Handicapped amateurs.

As well as the Mixed diploma the following classes are available
WANCA CW | Only CW QSO's counts |
WANCA SSB | Only SSB QSO's counts |
WANCA RTTY | Only RTTY QSO's counts |
WANCA SWL | Only SWL's can apply. All modes allowed |
WANCA LB | Only LB prefixes worked counts |
WANCA MOBIL | Only QSO's with mobile and portable stations counts |
9.
All profits from this diploma is donated to LA5LG's fund for Handicapped amateurs.
10.
The number of communes, their borders and name is whatever the Norwegian authorities
decides it to be.
11.
The rules as mentioned above replaces all previous given rules. All applications
